GDPR information clause
- Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “the GDPR”, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is the National Museum in Kielce with its registered office at Plac Zamkowy 1, 25-010 Kielce
- In accordance with the applicable provisions, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed, who can be contacted:

- Personal data obtained in connection with the conclusion of the agreement with you will be processed for the following purposes:
- related to execution of the agreement concluded with you,
- related to pursuing any possible claims, damages, responding to your letters, requests, and complaints,
- responding in pending proceedings.
- The legal basis for processing your data is:
- execution of the donation agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- the need to fulfil the legal obligation of the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the agreement. The consequence of failing to provide personal data is the inability to conclude the agreement.
- The personal data obtained from you may be transferred:
- to entities that process them on behalf of the National Museum in Kielce, and to public authorities or entities entitled to obtain data on the basis of applicable laws, e.g., courts, law enforcement agencies or state institutions, when they make a request on an appropriate legal basis.
- Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations
- The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data are processed. The storage period of your personal data is calculated based on the following criteria:
- duration of the agreement,
- laws that may oblige the National Museum in Kielce to process the data for a specific period of time,
- the time that is necessary to defend the interests of the National Museum in Kielce.
- Furthermore, we inform that you have the right to access your data pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, the right to rectify them pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation, as well as, in cases provided by law, to erase, restrict the processing pursuant to Articles 17 and 18 of the Regulation, the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation, and the right to object pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation,
- To the extent that your data are processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw consent by sending a declaration on withdrawal of consent to the correspondence address of the National Museum in Kielce.
- Please be informed that we do not use systems for automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
